What happens after landing at the Havana Airport?

Upon your arrival in Cuba you’ll first head through immigrations. The immigration officer will ask you to present your passport and Cuban visa (Cuba E-Visa).

Proceed through Immigration, collect your luggage and proceed through Cuban Customs which might involve a random luggage search. Patience is the watchword!

Next you will be met by your Authentic Cuba Travel® tour guide.

Your guide will meet you in the lobby area of the Havana Airport after you collect your luggage and pass through Cuban Customs and Immigration. Your guide will be holding a sign displaying the name of your tour. Prior to departure we provide you with your guide’s name and cell phone number.
