Do you accommodate vegetarians and vegans on your tours?

In the past vegetarians and vegans visiting Cuba would be mostly limited to fresh fruits, vegetables, rice, beans, pasta, root vegetables. However, with more and more private restaurants opening up, most paladares now include vegetarian options in their menu and new vegetarian restaurants have opened.

There is no vegan tradition in Cuba but some restaurants now offer vegan-friendly options.

It is possible for vegans to carry some food to Cuba. Some foods that aren’t typically available in Cuba but are easy to pack would include peanut butter, oats, granola bars, nuts, trail mix and protein bars.
